Some information on payment – please read
This year we are needing to take payment for the conference earlier than previous years due to changes at High Leigh. We will need payment in full by 31st January.
You can pay either by:
- Credit and debit card (please consider a donation here to help cover the cost of finance to be able to offer this – approx. £4 for full delegate rate)
- Or bank transfer
When booking simply select the amount and ‘ticket’ type (ie the way you want to pay) to ensure you are charged the right amount of money.
We know budgets are tight so we are offering some different options:
- Pay the full cost (select if you can)
- Pay a reduced rate of 50% (available to everyone who needs it)
- Pay £75 if you are 30 or under
If you would rather you can opt to pay a £50 deposit now and the balance by 31st January
If for any reason you need to cancel then you will receive a full refund on cancellations requested more than 4 weeks prior to the event (before 20th February). Any cancellations after this date will only be refunded if the place is filled by another delegate.
